Form and Flow Yoga

A slow flow and energetic practice allowing participants to enter and exit each pose with purpose and intention. The focus of this class is on alignment, mindfulness, and stress reduction. The class will allow for participants to stop trying to fit their bodies into the idea of what the pose should look like and instead allow it to be what it is.
