Barre for Everyone

This class blends the latest exercise science with the principles of Lotte Burke method (the genesis of the Barre movement) to deliver a fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into each workout. This class is designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and body types. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
