Just Running

This is a high energy, deep water workout based on water running research.  Using interval training techniques paired with a variety of exercises, you will strengthen and tone the body as you increase your cardiovascular fitness.  Instructors certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association. Floatation Belts are required.
